And I respect yours! Sorry for the tone of my reply to your comment, I never tried the #hashtag method before and thought I'd give it a whirl...it's not for me.
I have the Chambers Dictionary, an excellent British version which includes all the naughty words...here is what it has to say:
pornography: books, magazines, etc. dealing with or depicting sexual acts, in a more or less explicit way, intended to arouse sexual excitement
In perfect honesty, I see none of that in this photo; here is a beautiful young woman, mostly nude yet nudity is not and never has been the exclusive property of sex--the human body is a work of art and has been exalted as such as long as art has existed. Look at her expression--there is no lust there, no sly smirk or wink to suggest erotic invitation; that is why I took issue with your comment. My apologies, I should have said this to begin with instead of parodying your comment.
thank you soo much for understanding!!!! i love that there are still smart, reasonable people on the internet! i was new to the concept of art and was wrong to judge quickly! since then i have researched further into this matter and realized that it is the meaning you give to a work that defines it! i had just gotten offended as the comments stated 'may i fap to this" i don't like people referring to the female body as just eyecandy. thank you again for your wise response.
I am glad that we were able to come to a meeting of minds! And you're right, people should have more respect, because the body is a remple--particularly the female body, after all, we were all born of women!
Incidentally, I read your Journal and I hope you won't leave dA permanently; I would hate to lose a brand-new friend!
Stark angular weathered wood (great background find), vibrant sheen to leaves, all to play off such voluptuous supple curves. I love the way her hair and the knit "skirt" blend with the background fence with it's dramatic slant. She's gorgeous, that's for sure, the icing on the cake in this shot. Nice eye, nice work. Bravo.
